The short answer is that after I make a post, you're free to ask questions about the environment -- I will roll and provide answers accordingly.That will cover non-actions.

Actions themselves, you will have to declare and I will return a result and you can write that up. That includes conversation, though in that particular case, we can do a dialogue in chat or something.

I may well have to establish a chat channel for some of that, but I'd prefer not to, because the logs get onerous. I'd rather use titanpad or google docs where people can see what's been done.
