Hello! I am new to this website, but from what I've gathered, Roleplayer Guild doesn't seem to set boundaries between able-bodied and disabled people, or between cis and trans people. To answer your question, I think that there is no set "place" for you, and if you want to join an RP, you can join that RP.

Also, what do you mean by "gender bender role play"? If you are referring to RPs that center around transsexual people, I guess you could just make one or something. I haven't really been around the whole site yet.
