Can we all agree that Putin and Harper will still be in power xD I don't think those guys are going anywhere in 10 years time. Even if Harper gets voted out, it would likely be for Trudeau, although I don't know why anyone would vote for him other than wanting to have weed legalized. As for America, Israel, and Japan, who knows. But I'm feeling that America's leader will likely be liberal at that time. And possibly a woman.
