Practically, there was this girl, and she LOVED OM&M, and Austin was really close to her (I'm pretty sure he even has a tattoo dedicated to her) and she had cancer. She died. After one of their shows, there were these men, I'm not sure if they were drunk or not, but they were making fun of the girl, and shouting stuff about her. Obviously Austin got really annoyed, and eventually him and the sound guy I think it was, went over to them, a fight started, and by the time the police got there the men were unconscious on the ground so Austin and the other person were put in jail. They got out after 3 days, but the people making fun of the girl got away without anything, That was the only time the media was interested in them, and now if you type in "Austin Carlile" on google, one of the first pictures that comes up is his mugshot ._.

At least he had the decency not to smile in it like JB -_-
