It would seem as though Mark's words fell on deaf ears when a siren blared and everything turned to chaos. And apparently Nikki Minaj at maximum volume. The loud music actually helped Mark keep focus: he could now tell how fast he was thinking by how slow the song sounded. However, the sheer amount of sound made it quite painful on the ears. What was disheartening was that it seemed to be coming from a team member that looked as though they really did not want to participate. She had (most likely dyed) long silver hair, and was defiantly singing along to the idiotic lyrics. She was someone that Mark wanted to steer clear of..

..And seeing as anarchy had triumphed over 'Godzilla's' plans, Mark decided that he would best serve his team by staying with the flag. He had definitely been thinking too hard about it all.

The lights then went out without warning. He walked over to what he planned to defend, grasped at its pole, and stood there. Mark imagined he would find out how nimble he could be today.
