The rifts had open, multiple ones around where the city had once been flying, and then the city went from being in the water, to floating right where it had been.

I walk around and notice a wall seems kinda strange, I let my symbiote surround me and I investigate the wall, and become surprised when I fall through...and land back on Fear, or what think is the city I had left).
