All gods can go onto Earth regardless of their Magical abilities, however their abilities while on Earth will be hampered due to the higher/old gods from the Blue Moon Council who placed spells on it long ago as to avoid harming the masses since it's kind of a... well, I'm planning for Earth to be more-so of a neutral ground more than anything.

Nope~ There will be no real/actual gods here that will be player controlled. Players will all be creating their own Gods from scratch.
