I'm fine with doing both and my comfortable writing level is free casual but I can sometimes go up to casual. Its just I sometimes have a hard time pumping out paragraphs so I just find it easier to go to free or casual just in case. Also I'm fine with PM or thread. I usually do PM but I'm fine with thread.
