12 Is aiming for a :happy puppy" sort of angle. She isn't used to Esteremerian(?) Culture so she'll get excited over (and stuck with) the silliest of things. And she also doesn't talk a lot, too, mainly because common can be difficult. Essentially, she isn't bright.
