You could have an ordinary human if you wanted to, you could even be a library agent that isn't a holder. It's just that because challenges are designed for holders, the chance of death would be a lot higher and your combat contributions would at best be a 2 second distraction, but I'm not banning it either.

I do like your character, though. You can pick one more ability if you want to. If not, let me know.
