[i] If you cannot find something, make one yourself.

If I was you, I'd probably make something slice of life-ish. 
IE: Group of friends/strangers/enemies doing something, high school, college, family, etc. 
All people are unique, so by doing a role play like the aforementioned; you're more likely to find some people (specially in free/casual).

I don't do 1x1 roleplays, but if you're looking for an extra person or so, I'm more than happy to give a hand. [/i]
