Structural lattice of ice does not mean that it has ice.
I may be the one misunderstanding what soren said though
But anyway, what I mean when I say structural lattice of ice, is how the molecules have bonded together. If it is made from crystal in that structure, it would probably not feel cold or hot. Maybe slightly cool. 
Well, it just depends if soren says the crystal was supposed to make you feel cold or not
