I'm back from my trip, and have been since Sunday. I've had trouble with motivation in getting a post up so far, and also I started a new job yesterday. 
Anyhow, I will attempt to get a post up later this evening. 

I will be taking a step back from the Guild for a while though, as at the moment it feels like it dominates all of my free time, and seems more like a chore than a pleasure. I also seem to have less time to spend on things I like doing otherwise too, and would like to devote more time to other hobbies. 
As it is, this seems to have slowed to a crawl even with new players, so depending on how replies go to the next post, we'll see what happens.
