I know that feel. I once had to wait the better part of a month to post something in an RP because everyone was busy with "the plot". Several people also attempted to join in the middle of this period and suddenly found themselves without a thing to do. Suffice to say they didn't hang around very long.

Seeing as Vita has posted, we should be moving on with the scene in nothing else. I do hope Savo understands the need to keep everything that follows [b]brief[/b]. That way, we can get through this as fast as possible~

But I have to say, there's bound to be more situations like this in future. Even if we have a magical time where everyone is technically involved in something important, you will always be in a situation where someone is holding up the progression of the RP.
