The explanation made sense to Kyo, somehow. It seemed like she experienced colors in a way that most people probably didn't since she couldn't do so by seeing it. It was an interesting concept to him. 
When she revealed that all the statements had been truthful, it took him a moment to understand what had happened. This game even seemed to mix up truths and lies for the speakers, it seemed. "Well, now we know some more important facts, right? So it's not much of a problem."
