The Visionary did not spend hundreds of thousands of dollars for hardware so deadly the military won't touch it, just to have it turn out that it's powered on the same kind of frequency that RC Copters fly on. xDD Maybe if the kid had access to the kind of tech that could override anti-personnel drones, maybe, though I think the military would not approve, but I'd really prefer if the Eye Bots couldn't be disrupted with something built from Radio Shack- that's no longer a Batman villain, that's Jack Spicer from Xiaolin Showdown. Granted, both are wannabes pretty much controlled by various partiest (Wuya for JS, Black Mask and The Bishop for TV) Besides, Mk2 Eyes are still fairly easily destroyed anyways- shooting them in the napalm-shooting hole, throwing them into power lines, having them spray each other with their own acid, etc. Please?
