Also, just seal of that section of the station and funnel ultraviolet radiation into the compartment. This will sterilize that compartment, and render the parasite effectively neutralized. Or just surge ionizing radiation from the main reactor into that compartment, or redirect heat from the station's normal operations into that compartment. Or, try all three.
