This plot (if I can even call it that) should have been presented to Duck in the form of an OOC post or in a PM before any IC posts pertaining to this plot were made. Randomly introducing it in a grand--[img=http://thedailyoat.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/a0015760_4c447830c9292.jpg] 
--fashion makes the plot look malicious and relatively tactless in nature. Had things been hashed out, this discussion wouldn't have even commenced, because Duck would have known exactly what he was getting his nation into. 

Stop playing this RP as though it's a real-time strategy game. It's not. Seriously, this is basic RP etiquette I'm explaining.
