Barioth, Your character is denied. there is a lot of problems within the CS that makes him sound either OP or a Mary Sue... His history also would go against the comic, especially since the war have been over for quite a long time, as has it been happening for equally as long. Instead of trying to "save" the character and spend time just to completely have you remodel him from head to toe, I am going to ask you to just remake a CS... I know me and Stryder said that we'll be lenient on powers and skill and the such, but in all honesty we just can't accept him without tearing him down completely and asking you to remake him.

If you'd still like to play him instead of remake a character though I'll let you know that his powers doubling up like that can't happen, We suggest that you stick with Cybernetics instead of his genetics. His skill are also a major killer as well and need to be weakened so that he isn't a jack of all trades like he is now. Finally it's his history that might need to be rewritten... though Cybernetics like that are often found in Eden, by the rich so that might be an idea for you that I highly suggest.
