- Little Feather - Lion had sensed he may have surprised her with his comment he was glad she giggled at his apologetic nuzzling. Little Feather’s stress had increased as at first Drow didn’t seem to understand what the young Lakota had meant and created more squiggles to show them. Little Feather and Lion watched Drow questioningly as she seemed to fall quiet for a long while with her finger pressed against her forehead. Lion flicked his tail absent mindedly across the bed, his ears flickering as he asker her about her evening. He raised the ridge above his left eye as the blonde shook her head rapidly at him and turned her gaze to her food. He flicked his ears back unsure why she seemed so against talking...well he had only recently started talking himself but that was different in his mind. Have I said something I oughtn’t? He rumbled to his companion. Little Feather moved her gaze from Drow to Lion and simply lifted her shoulders in a shrug, before mimicking his rumble. I haven’t the faintest idea what you two are even talking about... the Lakota had just turned her attention back to Drow when she noticed the change in her body language she looked ready for a battle rather than a conversation. “...You ok Drow?” Little Feather asked tentatively, frowning as the girl finally spoke. Her tone was so soft at first it was hard to believe it was actually coming from Drow in the first place, it seemed to directly conflict the body language she was displaying. Lion on the other hand had that acute animal sense he knew despite the blondes standoffish approach she wasn’t vying for a battle just preparing herself, he easily picked up on the tension where as Little feather was clearly not in tune with her surroundings at this moment. Lion’s jowls lifted in a grin as he wagged his tail happily at Drow’s response, he released a rumbling chuckle as she went bright red and pushed her face into his soft pelt trying to reach around his massive body with her small arms. “Oh come on, it wasn’t that bad talking to us...I am glad to hear you had a good evening” Lion told her, looking to Little Feather who was still completely confused over what the conversation was about, she gave an annoyed huff at the lion feeling irritated with him for not educating her on the matter. “Drow...?” Little Feather called, pushing her hair away from her face and sliding a section behind her ear. “Would you like to go exploring with us today?” She asked the other girl, getting up off of the bed she placed her plate down and moved over to an unpacked bag crouching next to it she rummaged through pulling out the same clothing she normally wore...she couldn’t handle another day of modern clothes. “I’m not really sure of where to go or what to do, any ideas?” The young Lakota asked as the Lion softly butted Drow’s side with his broad nose. “I can be ready in 5 minutes...but I’ve got to go back to the lounge as well. I think I left my headband there last night” She admitted to Drow, gently touching the reddy brown smudge spread across the bridge of her nose, she needed to get herself sorted.
