(M)Alice blinked. "Eh?" She spotted the monstrous wolf as soon as Cu Chullain asked to be dropped. Her heart stopped . . . and didn't beat again. She felt anger and death course through where her blood was, and she growled, high pitched and menacing. "You go first, I'll catch up," she said, right before flying low and dropping her friend.
