What is the point in fighting this anyway, I thought you were supposed to ask permission of the GM to fight one another, and even if GM did, come on it is physically possible to dodge a sword, but to suddenly appear behind some one like that, not so much, let's calm down and see what we can to to fix it, mabye he can just dodge the blade, then speak to him, not just dodge and appear behind him.
