I really wouldn't because if I tried justifying that then I'd be border-line justifying abuse :/
If I even wrote anything like that then it'd be for a matter of controversy, and I'd expect people to jump on his ass about it. It's a matter that should make people want to jump on his ass about it. Besides, I'm not a person who doesn't take criticism well or opinions on my characters. I've been handling it fine so far...But yeah, that's it.
