"True, but when and how to do it is up to us. Nature has dealt us the cards, but we choose how to play them" Larek noted, hoping that his little phrase wasn't too trite. 

Kos thought about it. "I guess that's true."

Veax entered the house and gently closed the door behind him. "Now, let's get washed up." It didn't take long. They went to the bathroom and just used a bit of water. The dirt and mud cleaned right off.
