They were pressed underneath her body, and with the astounding weight of the plush turtle atop her back it was impossible to draw them out. The sound of rustling made her look back up, only to twitch at the appearance of two more dolls, this time a mouse and a rather classy looking rabbit. It was disconcerting how alive they looked, and she had to look away from the mouse's stare after a short while. Instead she glared the rabbit that was getting too close to her wounded shoulder for comfort, hissing in warning. She was hardly expecting the shift in weight on her back- the turtle had for some reason rolled over to her shoulder- the uninjured one, thankfully- and she barely thought before she rolled, pushing hard with her injured arm to try to escape. The sharp jab of pain made her tremble, but her jerk successfully toppled the plushie off of her. The illusionist barely had time to think, throwing up her illusion as far as it could reach to hide herself from the others' eyes before leaping up and staggering back a few paces. The loss of blood was making her lightheaded and it was becoming more and more difficult to focus- had Xan managed to contact Amy and Marcus? Where had Trixie gone? She hoped at least the Trickster was safe. Aria felt her concentration waver yet again as she backed up slowly, trying to figure out if illusions affected plushies. She needed to hide somewhere before she lost her grip on her magic, somewhere close. She needed a few minutes to focus, and then see if she could muster up the strength to attack the crazy doll lady or the important looking man- but planning could come later. She could feel her grip on the illusion slip by the second, but where was there to hide without alerting anyone?
