Appearance: Kenji is frightening man, born with one eye blind no one really expected him to make much of himself, but as the years passed and he grew up he formed up to be a 6 feet tall, muscular man with strong facial features. His black eye seem to pierce a man's very soul with it's glare, and his voice could shatter the rest of those remains as he speaks. His black hair is always well kept on a ponytail to keep it from getting in his way and his face is cleanly shaved at all times. There are no visible scars or birthmarks on him at least so far.

Clothing: Usually he's wearing his uniform, which is simple clothing anyone would wear, but with the clan's coloring. Under those clothes though he wears light leather armor for added protection in case of open conflict with someone.

Weapons: Instead of traditional jitte, he carries around a katana and a wakizashi.

Items: Kenji's notorious book of blood where he marks up each and every executed criminal he encountered. It's basically just a small notebook that holds names and a drop of blood from every criminal.

Abilities: Kenji has the ability to frighten those around himself, and he has yet to face a man who could defeat him in single combat. He is also extremely intelligent, nearly enough to act as a strategist, and it's a dangerous weapon since he knows how to use his intellect.

Personality: Kenji is a person to whom everything is black and white. He believes in justice and law above anything else, and follows that path without a question He is well known around the province from simply offering any and every criminal a simple choice, it is either surrender or die. He is also very scary as a person with the way he speaks and thinks, it is usually impossible to tell what's going on inside his head. A man or a woman, adult or child, he has no mercy towards anyone.

Biography: The family of Okuma has been a faithful servant of the clan forever. The male members of the family have always been samurai, merchants or metsukes under the command of the Daimyo, the family is well known from their honorable ways and absolute loyalty. Kenji on the other hand grew a name completely of his own when he became a Daimyo's secret police at the age of 19. Withing the first few years he had eliminated number of smuggling networks and spies with his two comrades. He begun to work alone at the age of 25 when discovering that not only one, but both of his most trusted friends actually were spies from the neighbor provinces, sent on a mission to try and win over the province quietly for both sides. Needless to say Kenji executed them both at the spot, and never again did he accept another person to aid him on his work.

Relationship: He solely answers to the Daimyo himself of his actions. He doesn't want or need anyone for now, not until this conflict is over and he can possibly focus on continuing his family's legacy, yet even if he can't one of his brothers will and sisters will.
