"But how would I know where he is? I wouldn't know too awful more than you would about his whereabouts. Plus, Cortez told me never to ever ever use the radio. Ever." Said Tug, as if he feared what punishment he may get if he used the radio. 
"What the- why on Earth would they not let their own teammate use the radio?" Raph asked, again surprised by Tug's stupidity.
"I... May have ordered a pizza we couldn't afford last time."
" ... You can order pizzas on the radio?"
"Psh. Duh." Tug said, as though everyone should know that.
