I don't mind Kargan having pre-planned history with anyone, but the only person I see who it would absolutely make sense with would be Rune Lord Kurn Wolfstalon.

Mattmanganon has yet to speak in the OOC here, so I don't know if he has any plans for that kind of previous interaction.
