@ChirpingChirp: By the way, aren't we supposed to place our character's race on our CS? Kinda have the draft of my CS but can't really submit 'til later because of school. :(
Oh, I didn't realize my character's race was missing! Thanks for making a comment. Also, yes, please include your character's race everyone!
I looked at some Rune Factory screenshots and I'm not sure if it's my kind of game, LOL. I'm going to try it out if I can find a ROM, though. Do you think I should start with Rune Factory 1, 2 or 3? Nonetheless, I think I'm interested! What's the slice-of-life to plot ratio? I assume all characters can be from different places, but do we find ourselves in the same town somehow? That would be the desert city of Ekrem, right? Is it in the middle of an extreme desert or is it just kind of arid? I see you have 'town roles' listed as character positions. Can you tell me a bit about the Sech Empire? What is their goal? Right now I'm considering a character from the Sech Empire (a pseudo-exile, if you will) or just a human witch character.
Woo, that's a lot to answer, but I'm glad to help! Well, if you intend to play all three games, I'd start with earlier releases. You might find yourself disappointed with older games if you play newer titles first. While I enjoy the series, I'm going to be honest. The first game has a lot of glitches and issues, but it you like niche games it should be fun. Rune Factory three has much better mechanics. As for your next question, I'm still working out RP mechanics, so I'll provide you with more information once I've flattened out some wrinkles. Ekrem is located in a large desert. Lastly, characters can be from anywhere, but they should live in, or travel to Ekrem frequently. The Sech empire isn't always a focal point for games, so a lot of information isn't known. At this point in time, we know they're trying to expand their borders, and are often times in conflict with Norad and other countries. Oh, the Sech's Empire also has more advanced technology. Norad, and other countries like Selphia seem to favor magic, but the Sech Empire does not. It also has a powerful military. Lastly, either of those character options works. ----- @SupahCow: I approve your character. @Micosil: I approve your character. @Enalais: Your character has been approved (also, silver wolves are amazing). @ChukkleHed: Your character has been approved. I need to add likes and dislikes to my character's profile! @Alyss: Your character has been approved. Yay, our first elf!
