The topic below this one (http://www.roleplayerguild.com/topics/62564/posts/ooc) has a user (Raen Elvarasi) asking for account deletion due to unfortunate circumstances. These unfortunate circumstances entail being removed from an RP for harassment of it's members. However, he has come back to on multiple accounts, using these in malicious ways as evidently shown here;

I don't think it needs an addendum to prove this user's malicious intent (although one certainly can be provided) and how this in not fonz-cool.
