"You will receive a complete education. You will all be expected to complete on degree. While it makes since that I would be against leaving there is always a few that try. You think that volunteers wouldn't consider such actions." Vlad answered. He stroked Roxy's neck as he spoke. She stared at her biker boots refusing to see any of them. "You are correct about one thing though I would be responsible for whatever crimes you commit sense you are all in my custody. And until you complete the program I am your God. My word is law."
