Background:

Everyone remembers Henwen and Gerti Luzeil. Twins, a duo. Growing up basically attached at the hip, always together. Raised by there mother Aofie, and father Junjun. Nothing could ever touch the bond shared between the Luziel twins. Both were not only stars at everything they did, but also extremely smart as well. During the summer of their eleventh year, they where swimming in the ocean. A Storm was coming but being amazing swimmers and have fun they thought little of it. From inseparable to alone in the blink of an eye. Gerti went under the waves and never came back up. Henwen though it was a prank at first but after about three minutes she still didn't pop up to scare him or grab his leg from under the water. He dived under the water looking for her, shouting her name, his best friend Bo ran into the water to help, as did many other villagers. Her body turned up near the rock about an hour later. She was gone. Henwen blamed himself, it had been his idea to go swimming that day, in the waves, and Gerti had wanted to go hiking. Guilt, Regret, and anger took over his life, and he shut himself off from the rest of his family. He was never able to face his own refection again; he could never forgive himself for living. The fact that everything stayed the same in the world, after his sister wasn't in it anymore, freaks him out. The Henwen everyone knew and loved was gone. And in his place was a angry closed off boy. 

The years went by, he started to apprentice under his father as a fisherman. Learning the ropes, do and don't.
