(MAGICIAN ONLY) Spells and Magic: [hider=Spoiler][b]Arc Fusion Blades:[/b] A magic spell that forms electric arcs. Thor can either form them on the tip of his fingers or at the bottom of his feet, wielding it like a part of his body. They are usually used for slicing and cutting, but can be used like boosters by explosively expanding there, which he allows him to either increase his speed or dampen falls. As they were made to cut, if something cannot be cut by the fusion arc blades Thor will also feel the force of it, depending on the impact that object has on his blades. Like when Touma punched the blades, it felt like Touma punches his fingers as well. It cannot be negated by the Imagine Breaker completely, and with Touma, can feel like a solid object. It can be assumed that the length of the blade may be dependent on Thor connecting to Mjölnir. The length of the blades can reach from 20 meters to 2 kilometers in length. The arcs can apparently be replicated by Misaka Mikoto if she wanted to.
[b]Mjölnir:[/b] Thor can connect to Mjölnir to drastically raise his power. At that moment, his eyes, hair, and fingertips, would begin emitting a pale bluish-white light, apparently affecting the length of his arc fusion blades. He can apparently call it more than once, as exemplified during her battle with Silvia, allowing him to give him enough energy to evade her attack. In the absence of a proper spiritual tool to fit the role of Mjölnir, Thor can complete the conceptualization of the spell by tapping into other sources of ambient power, such as power plants, thunder storms, and possibly ley lines. However, having a placeholder for Mjölnir on hand at all times is simply more convenient if it's possible.
[b]Megingjörð:[/b] A spiritual item that mimics the belt of Thor. It gives him tremendous strength, allowing him to survive an entire bridge being dropped on him, then lift it, and throw it several meters into the air.
[b]Female appearance borrowing:[/b] The spell is based on the myth when the thunder god had his weapon stolen, he disguised himself as the goddess of beauty, Freyja, in order to lure out the thief. It is like Etzali's spell, but it is not explained what must be performed in order to gain the form of another. It has the limitation that it can only take the appearance of a girl, such as Misaka Mikoto or Marian Slingeneyer.
[b]Tanngrisnir's and Tanngnjóstr's fur:[/b] A magic spell constructed using the symbols of the goats that pulled Thor’s chariot. It allows Thor to scatter a large amount of goat fur on the water and to stand on it as it was a raft. It is used by Ollerus in the disguise of the God of Thunder.
[b]Invisibility spell suppression:[/b] Thor has the ability to add some sort of modifications to a certain area in order to nullify an invisibility spell without the user noticing.
[b]Regeneration:[/b] When Ollerus was disguised as Thor, Othinus punishes him for his failures by severing his entire arm, and tells Marian to fix it. However, Ollerus says he can do it himself, to which Marian accepts. It can be assumed that Thor at least has the power to reconnect severed limbs.[/hider]

Personality: Thor is a carefree vagabond with a casual personality that does not judge nor discriminate based on petty things. Even amongst enemies, he'll talk as if he's surrounded by friends, and often he'll grow to value a formidable enemy as much as a fire-forged ally. His hobbies include fighting and war, but true to his namesake, he's not some deviant pervert who would get turned on by bloodshed (before you even ask, these are Kamachi's words, not mine). He values a fair fight above anything else, and finds needless violence towards innocents and infrastructure as distasteful. To him, the perfect fight is one where he can fully express himself and let loose without fear of what might happen if he doesn't hold back. He enjoys helping people as much as he does leveling up from difficult battles, and finds the two often go hand-in-hand. However, at the level he's attained, it's difficult for him to find suitable opponents that he can fight without endangering the lives of others, which is a pain and a nuisance for a hard worker like Thor who doesn't like being out of battle for too long.
Biography: A normal magician with a somewhat mysterious background. Although he is a normal magician and not someone born with a special power like Saints or someone who can save the world, he has made it his goal to stand on the same level as them, and wanders the world in search of new opponents to test himself against. Not much else is known about him, aside from the fact that wherever he ends up, war and devastation tend to follow. Many will attest to him having saved them, while others will call him a monster who destroyed their lives and their homes. What he is doesn't seem to matter, only that his personal fights tend to escalate into conflicts that can only be called "wars". Rumors substantiate the majority of what's known about him, a body of information made up of stories like how he once destroyed an entire country in one night. Because his reputation proceeds him, not many tend to recognize him at first glance, due to the discrepancy between their expectations and reality.
