easy. She grew up dealing with very similar issues, doctor visits, therapy groups, and various other support websites and groups. She herself is still trying to decide if she wants to become a girl or a boy physically or to stay the way she is. She'd be hyper sensitive and aware to what to look for, simply because she has a much higher level of exposure to it than other people.
