John inhaled slowly, hearing Mason mention the standing around then run up the stairs. John almost ignored it as he stood there, staring at the dragon until suddenly he heard the crash from upstairs. He wasn't entirely sure what it was, but it pushed him to action, he ran to the side of the dragon, attempting to avoid the feet while still getting close enough to cut them as Zaen tried to attack the head and neck area of the dragon. He swung his scythe in the foot's direction, hoping to deter the creature from using that foot.
