With what kiddo has said, I would highly recommend everybody reconsider their character in consideration of this, as well as in consideration of the Semblance issue. A team of 4 people who all use time control is just no fun at all. I'm actually considering banning such powers.

Edit: Actually, in light of this, I'm going to be changing my opinion and approval of some of the character submissions. I want your characters to match your semblances, and your semblances complement your characters. BrodZ, unfortunately this means that you will have to change your semblance as well.
