Yeeaaah, you're gonna have to change a lot. And I mean a LOT lot. For starters, your bio doesn't have to include your past, only your personality, you need to actually add a weapon instead of one plain word, and I'm just flat out rejecting your Semblance. It's just plain old over powered, as well as moderately confusing.

Try to go into further detail in the personality, totally forgot about that til now. how she is with strangers, how she is with close friends, her usual thoughts on scenarios, overall goals, etc, anything to explain more about her. Aside from that, looking good.
