He has a wild, hard to predict fighting style that focuses on mainly offense, able to tank blows with relative ease. He used to be a common street delinquent until he awoke to his Natural Ability, the ability to focus his body's energy into a powerful, fiery force to strengthen his attacks and even launch projectiles if he concentrates hard enough. He still fights in street fights, but also works with the Enforcers mainly because he wants to beat up the strong scumbags that they fight. Of course he is no slouch in a fight, capable of using his spells to help him fight at close quarters as with his arsenal of both spells, combative staff techniques, and magical tools he is truly a force to be reckoned with. Henry is very serious, but also a bit snarky and playful in a good way. A slightly jovial man, Henry works as a private detective outside of his work in the Enforcers, using his investigative skills to help people and solve crimes relating to 'Loop Hole' incidents. Metamagic - Explosive: Adds 'Explosion' Magic Affect that makes Attack Spells affect all in a magical explosion around the target. Increases MP Cost by 100%. Maximize - Spell automatically performs highest 'variable' if there is a range. Increases MP Cost by 50%. [/hider2] [hider2=Lightning Magic] Lightning Bolt (50 MP): A powerful, nearly impossible to avoid bolt of lightning shoots from Henry's fingertips, inflicting 100 - 250 Lightning Damage on contact. CT (Casting Time): 2 Actions. Has +50 to hit the target. Chain Lightning (75 MP): As Lightning Bolt, but hits multiple foes close to original target in instant succession at 50% of the strength of the original bolt. CT: 3 Actions. Lightning Lance (150 MP): Henry conjures forth a powerful surge of elemental lightning into the form of a powerful, but hard to control, lance. It can either be thrown (+25 to hit) or used as a melee weapon (+30 to hit). If used as a melee weapon it deals 75 - 150 Lightning Damage for each hit and lasts for 20 Seconds. If thrown it explodes in a surge of lightning, dealing 200 - 400 Lightning Damage to all in the radius of the blast, including the user. Note that if you do wield it as a melee weapon, each Round you use it for reduces the damage it could deal when thrown by 50. CT: 4 Actions [/hider2] [hider2=Gear] Battle Magi Staff: A staff that Henry had custom made to him. It can only be used by him and anyone other than him attempting to use it is blasted by magical power. The staff is hard and sturdy due to it being made out of magically enchanted wood that is as hard as steel, allowing it to be wielded in combat and deal 12 - 30 Damage. Not only that, but it gives +10 on all Magic Rolls, reduces the MP Cost of all Spells by 25%, and can be imbued with magical spells to increase its attack power or change the way it is fought with. It also has a few basic affects of its own: --Δόνηση (Dóni̱si̱): The staff vibrates at incredible speeds, allowing it to smash whatever it touches into nothing, but doesn't harm the user. This triples the staff's physical attack power and can shatter/damage any armor or weapon that it makes contact with. This affect can be utilized three times per day and it lasts for 30 Seconds. --μπούμερανγκ (boúmeran'nk): The staff shoots from its users hand and into an opponent, allowing it to act as a thrown weapon that then returns to the user's hand. Costs 10 MP to use. --εκδιώξει (ekdió̱xei): The Staff holds five spells charged in it that can be let out with a single word in whatever order Henry desires. They can either all be released at once or one at a time. To recharge the staff with a single spell takes an entire minute (and raises the MP Cost of the spell by 25%). Battle Magi Robe: Henry's custom made magical robe. It is magically enchanted to protect the user, giving a +10 Armor Bonus against all damage. Not only that, but it increases Henry's Fire Resistances by 25% and has two Spell Shield Glyphs imbued in. Upon activating one of them, a Spell Shield appears around Henry, absorbing the MP of Magic Spells of either equal or higher strength than the shield to increase its strength (100 MP Limit). Each Shield has 200 HP and the Glyphs can be recharged once per day with 50 MP. Of course she always reviews the consequences of her actions first as to make sure that she doesn't inadvertently hurt anyone she cares about, desiring to protect others with her power rather than be protected. Keiko attends Neo Tokyo U and takes honors classes and makes excellent grades. Of course, as he is captain of the Kendo Team he is also the president of the Gekkoukan Student Moral Committee, upholding order and justice in the school, helping to make Gekkoukan the excellent school that it is. Calm and diligent, Keiichi Ishimaru upholds honor above all and is always willing to help others in need as long as it doesn't step out of the boundaries of honor and justice. His grades are excellent and he actually has some female admirers at Gekkoukan, but with the way he upholds morals above all else he doesn't pay too much attention to them.
