Once again, not GM, but this is not a great idea. How do you plan on playing this character in such a way as to make our characters understand her? Generally mute characters are the hardest thing to get right, and I've never met someone who did it well enough to make the "I'm special!" balance out with the "This is freakin' ridiculously hard."
