Yeah I suppose I'm offering to fill the position xD

So I know the other scientists are trying to keep the attitude of treating the patients like animals, but again since this is a government funded operation one of the conditions is probably to have a psycho-therapist or something on hand, since legally they are dealing with people, and because of the general attitude of the rest of the team this person would probably not be well-liked among their colleagues, though not necessarily appreciated by the patients either. I think it creates a good connection between the patients and the scientists, and again, will probably raise moral conflict later.
