Glad it to see it resolved, I guess? 

So speaking of the starting location, for starters cross out Denver or even all of Colorado, because Mark Hammil assures you it is quite catastrophic in there. We could either start at a city (good place since most characters would have reasons to head to a major city and then the gang is formed there.) Or we could shoot for a more rural setting, either way I'm sure we are all creative enough to come up with appropriate stories or reasons to head to said destinations.
