I wouldn't mind a Robin Hood-esque character. It would probably pull away from the gritty badasses that will populate the clan, and cause conflict. Everyone loves conflict.

As for multiple characters, that is allowed and encouraged, if you can keep up with them. I myself will have two- a bandit and a townsfolk.
