I forgot, I didn't answer question 1....

Out of player created crews....I honestly think they should be limited per amount of the players involved in the RP. So at this moment.....I think there should only be 2 Player created crews and the rest be NPC/GM Created crews. And if not, be by themselves. Because then things would get watered down and will be kind of stupid to have a lot of player lead crews with only themselves and npcs. If a crapton of people join later on, then maybe crew members can think of a reason to go their own ways and start their own crew (if they managed to get a few player characters to join a crew).
