Generally speaking, magical abilities will have something to do with the wish you made. For example, Sayaka from the show wished somebody into good health, and she gained regeneration abilities.

I'm literally just doing what you asked, I'm not sure why you're randomly taking offence to something that isn't any different from any other CS Review. I'm doing what I can to help make your character fit into the universe better using my expansive knowledge of the source material. If I wanted you to leave, I would tell you that to your face.
