I told you that you may make use of the principles of the techniques, but for someone to know Rokushiki outside of the Marines and Cipher Pol and be directly thought these techniques. Not allowing that. Sanji had Sky Step, a similar move to Geppo, and Kuro could move as fast as those using Soru via Shakushi. So yeah, please don't mention Rokushiki in your character sheet. I don't mind that she can utilize Geppo, but at least give it a different name.

And in your technique list. Please don't explain your moves in that manner. Combining Technique A with Technique B gives me this result. Use Kaze Wushu as a way to elaborate your techniques and not just the styles you based it from. If you just plan on doing that, there was no point in creating an original martial art in the first place. And in Kaze Shield, remove the fire part. That sounds silly.

Lastly, remove her bounty. 10,000,000 Beli isn't a small amount and freeing her butler isn't really a crime. During the Kuro Arc, the Black Cat Pirates found Nami's treasure and its sum was around 4,000,000 to 5,000,000 Beli. That amount was considered to be quite large.
