It's a character called a "full block"; I know dozens of them from memory due to my time with <HTTP> 

You can either learn the alt+(codes) for them, or just copy and paste it randomly. It was a touch I added. I feel it makes look more like a secret spy, whited-out type sheet. The character and all elements were primarily designed by me at the guidance of Aki. Ask any questions you may have. :D
