How many do you intend to have overall? If you don't mind me asking?

Also, I have a few questions on the details. What is the architecture like? What level or sophistication of technology is there? Is it generally classified or will each one have different levels of technology? You mentioned great trade between the Lupine and Ursine Shifters, what did they trade? How did they move it? 

My second Question is: When they shift, is it full animalia? or is it Anthropomorphic like Lycans and Shifters of Lore?
