We do not allow time manipulation, space manipulation or anything we deem godly... As for tech stick with Cyberpunk but remember that cybernetics overall is a very NEW technology... it might be common though that does not mean it's good... flying cars and such are only found in eden though when in doubt, look at IRobot or Equilibrium.

Also remember that the War happened long ago and we're all still rebuilding from the damage it's caused. it was the longest war in history, taking up to 20 years overall until the rebels won.
