Cassie was chatting up the red head when everything started happening. She looked deeply into the woman's eyes. "Go home, forget everything you've seen." She compelled and the woman headed off as Cassie stood. That display of power. Few witches had it, and this had to be coming from the onr she was looking for. She had promised centuries ago, to the witch who had granted her the ability to walk in the day, that she would protect her lineage. Andnow that she found them again, she intended on it. Because Cassie, above all else, had been a member of the hunters known as the Alphas. She was honestly still shocked, to this day, that Klaus didn't remember her. Elijah may have found her half dead and fed her blood to heal, but Klaus had killed her. It was how she had become a vampire, and it was how her hunting clan died. She stood and walked outside and saw the bartender. She clearly hadn't known what she had done and when the Salvatore flashed over to her, her reflexes got the better of her. She had Damon pinned to the far wall, but the witch was still in sight. However, they were out of ear shot. "I'm not going to hurt her. I am trying to help her, now if you don't stay out of my way, I will kill you." She hissed, and she threw him back before flashing back to the bar where Marcel's younger vampires were trying to go after the witch. She kept them all at bay, and turned to the witch. "You are all imbeciles. I have been here three weeks, and I know better. Witches aren't exactly stupid you know? They drink vervain." She said, and she rolled her eyes, watching as Damon quickly gathered up the witch and flashed away. She looked to Marcel and Klaus, and Elijah finally emerged from the bar as well, and Elijah seemed stunned. "She is smart, Niklaus. You have to give her that much. Not to mention well trained." Elijah said, offering a cloth to her, and she accepted it and wiped some of the blood tgat had stained her face. "I lived in a place where you had to be able to fight or die trying." She said, her eyes returning to normal. "I need a drink." She said, heading back into the bar, compelling a few people to begin clean up and she poured herself a drink. She almost blew her own cover... that would have been very stupid of her --- Damon couldn't believe what he wad witnessing, nor thay she didn't seem at all aware she had done it. He simply nodded, but it was apparent the entourage of vampires inside caught a wiff, and the mystery woman showed her colors. Now, she would make an interesting acquaintance after all. Still, watching how she fought, it breathed trained... well trained as a matter of fact, but Damon used the opportunity to scoop up Anya and get out of there. He took her from the city limits, where he had been staying, and looked to her. "I can explain if you need me to, but right now, let me clean up thqt gnarly gash." He said motioning to her arm. Most all witches opposed vampire blood, so he didn't even offer it to her. That qnd he wasn't quite sure if she knew anything about this. One thing was certain. Not even Bonnie with expression conpared to that display. It was raw and untamed, but obviously someone knew vampires that would watch over a witch. He knew he wouldn't have been able to fend off those vampires and get her out safely. Then again, the mystery woman may have fucked herself in the process. Still, he cleaned up Anya's wound and sat near her. "Now, are you calm? I only ask because I need to know if you are okay enough to give me directions to where you need to go." He asked.
