It kind of just felt like a sudden retreat into my own head, really. I couldn't move but I could still hear everything around me, and it was oddly calming. Sort of like "well, can't do anything else. Let's just chill for a bit." 
...Of course, apparently I didn't look that calm, and someone thought I was having a seizure...
